It's that time of year again, time to
sit on the couch and watch movie after movie look at what we want to do this year. I am a HUGE believer in goals but not so much in New Year Resolutions. Like many others, many of my NYRs are good for a couple weeks and maybe a month but tend to fade by the end of January.
Instead of another round of failed resolutions, I'm making some goals for 2012.
Goal 1: Run 1,500 miles
Goal 2: Complete my first marathon
Goal 3: Run a 1:45 half
